Itinerary
Welcome to the hotel, small treat and local drink, meet the hosts, and tour of the premises. Walking tour in Naousa with a stop for lunch in a local tavern, know the town’s history, try and visit key points. Return to the hotel, afternoon Yoga session. Late afternoon Pilates session. Dinner and rest.
Early morning Yoga session, followed by strengthening breakfast Depart for Veria, with Biking tour in the town, visit Barbouta, Kyrgiotissa, and other key points. Transport to the Artificial lake of Aliakmon & picnic lunch. Return to Naousa for a deep Meditation Session and dinner.
Early morning Yoga session, followed by strengthening breakfast. Depart for a local winery, wander in the vineyards, in Cooking & Enogastronomy workshop. Lunch on the premises. Return to Veria for a deep Meditation Session and light dinner.
Wake up early and head to Metamorfosi Waterfalls for a Tai Chi Session. Relax and visit the Kir-Yianni winery, have lunch on the premises. On the way back to Naousa, head to the Ancient city of Mieza and visit the Scholl of Aristotle. Return to the hotel for dinner followed by Breathing Exercises Session and guided visualization.
Early morning Pilates Session, followed by strengthening breakfast. Head out for sustainable activity, gather yarn, and take part in a Felting Workshop. Lunch in the hotel, rest and take part in a Structured journaling exercise. Visit the horse riding club of Naousa and have a horse riding session. Return to Naousa for dinner and night out.
Wake up and after a strengthening breakfast visit the Royal Tombs of Aigai with guided tour, accompanied by Meditation Session. Visit the New Museum of Aigai & lunch in Vergina. Return to Veria and walk along the Tripotamos path for a birdwatching experience and dinner. Return to the hotel for a Musical Entertainment Workshop followed by stargazing.
The last Yoga session is followed by a special breakfast. Depart for Thessaloniki, stop at the Thermal Spring of Lagada to enjoy the Thermal Baths.
