    A Cosmopolitan City of Contrasts

A city with a global pulse, remarkable historical depth and rich cultural diversity, Frankfurt boasts one of Europe’s most striking urban landscapes. Famous for its impressive skyline—the only one of its kind in Germany—the city is home to major international financial institutions, as well as outstanding venues dedicated to music, art and history. In the historic Alt-Sachsenhausen district, visitors can explore cobbled streets, traditional taverns and the authentic flavour of local Apfelwein. Culture enthusiasts should visit the Museumsufer, a collection of museums located along the River Main. Frankfurt is also ideal for shopping, with popular streets such as the Zeil, and for relaxing in green spaces like the Palmengarten. Whether travelling for business or enjoying a city break, Frankfurt perfectly combines dynamic urban life, quality living and cosmopolitan elegance.

    Highlights

    Frankfurt Mainkai

Along both banks of the River Main stretches a pleasant waterfront park area with lawns, flower beds and plenty of trees. On sunny summer days, families gather here to relax and enjoy picnics by the river. Visit at sunset or in the evening, when Frankfurt’s illuminated skyscrapers create a spectacular backdrop and the city skyline is reflected beautifully on the water.

    Frankfurt Römerberg

Rising above Frankfurt’s ever-evolving skyline, the Main Tower is one of the city’s few skyscrapers featuring a public observation deck. Opened in 2000, this impressive 200-metre-high landmark offers breathtaking panoramic views over Frankfurt, the River Main and the surrounding region. A visit to the viewing platform is an unforgettable experience and a wonderful opportunity to admire the city’s unique contrast between striking modern architecture and historic charm from above.

    Main Tower

Amid Frankfurt’s constantly evolving skyline stands the Main Tower, one of the city’s few skyscrapers with a public observation platform. Opened in 2000, this impressive 200-metre-high building offers breathtaking panoramic views across Frankfurt, the River Main and the surrounding region. A visit to its viewing platform is an unforgettable experience and a wonderful way to admire the city’s distinctive blend of modern architecture and historic charm from above.

    Old Sachsenhausen

One of Frankfurt’s classic experiences is crossing the Eiserner Steg footbridge and strolling through the cobbled streets of Sachsenhausen. Stop at a traditional Apfelwein tavern to enjoy a glass of the city’s famous apple wine in a neighbourhood that comes alive with a vibrant party atmosphere on weekend evenings.

    Städel Museum

Recently named Germany’s Museum of the Year, the Städel Museum was founded in 1815 following a generous donation of artworks by banker Johann Friedrich Städel. Its outstanding collection spans more than 700 years of European art, from the early 14th century to the present day. Visitors can admire masterpieces by Botticelli, Rembrandt, Hieronymus Bosch, Vermeer and van Eyck, as well as important works by Caspar David Friedrich, Degas and Kirchner. The museum offers a fascinating journey through the development of European painting and is one of Frankfurt’s most important cultural attractions.

Athens 4 days Group Tour from Germany

Thank you very much for the group to Athens! They had a great time. They were very enthusiastic about the trip & guide Jason. he swimming/beach stop after Corinth was a big plus. They enjoyed the nature as addition to the city and culture. Always good to add that when visiting Corinth.

The location of the hotel was very good, so a bus transfer in the evening was not always necessary. They could have easily come back via the metro to the hotel. That would have saved us real money.

Thanks again and looking forward to all the coming groups!

    Αthens, Santorini and Corfu
My Kids and I loved the trip except for our lost baggage from the Aegean airlines upon arrival at Athens at the start of the trip.Loved all the sightseeing. Tour guides and Pick up services were awesome!! Tour guides were very knowledgeable in their area and history of the city and my kids and I loved that. They answered all our questions. Pick up services were always on time.I just wish I had a little more time in Corfu to do the boat tour as I had planned. Wasn’t able to accomplish that. Loved the wine tasting, Oia and Fira in Santorini. Thank You so much for helping me plan this trip. Great memories made on this trip!!Savita
