Itinerary
Arrive in the Meteora area and transfer to your hotel in Kalambaka or Kastraki. Take some time to relax and enjoy your first views of the impressive rock formations rising above the landscape.
In the afternoon or evening, enjoy a gentle walk through the village, discover local cafƩs and tavernas, and feel the peaceful atmosphere of this unique destination. End the day with dinner at leisure and your first taste of local Greek hospitality.
Start the day with a visit to some of the famous Meteora Monasteries, built on top of dramatic rock pillars. Admire their architecture, history and spiritual atmosphere while enjoying breathtaking views over the valley.
Later, stop at panoramic viewpoints for photos and quiet moments surrounded by one of the most impressive landscapes in Greece. In the evening, return to Kalambaka or Kastraki for dinner at leisure.
Spend the day exploring Kastraki, a traditional village located at the foot of the Meteora rocks. Walk through its peaceful streets, admire the stone houses and enjoy the authentic local atmosphere.
