After breakfast, you will join a shared full-day excursion to the Peloponnese, a region rich in mythology, ancient history and impressive landscapes.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive along the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf, with a short stop at the famous Corinth Canal. This remarkable engineering landmark connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea and offers an excellent photo opportunity.

Continue to Mycenae, one of the most important archaeological sites of ancient Greece and closely linked to the legendary King Agamemnon and the Trojan War. During your guided visit, you will discover the imposing Lion’s Gate, the impressive Cyclopean Walls and the ancient Royal Tombs, which reveal the power and glory of the Mycenaean civilization.

Nestled beneath the Palamidi Fortress, Nafplion is known for its neoclassical architecture, picturesque old town and elegant seafront. A short stop will allow you to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere before returning to Athens by the national road.

After breakfast, you will join a shared full-day excursion to Delphi, one of the most sacred and atmospheric sites of ancient Greece.

Enjoy a scenic drive through mainland Greece, passing traditional towns and mountain landscapes on the way to the slopes of Mount Parnassus. In antiquity, Delphi was considered the “navel of the world” and was home to the famous Oracle of Apollo, where kings, warriors and pilgrims came to seek divine guidance.

During your guided visit, walk along the Sacred Way and admire the remains of ancient monuments, treasuries and sanctuaries that once made Delphi a major religious and cultural center. The highlight of the visit is the Temple of Apollo, where the Oracle delivered her prophecies. You will also see the ancient Theatre and the Stadium, which once hosted the Pythian Games in honor of Apollo.

Lunch is included during the excursion. On the return journey to Athens, enjoy a short stop in Arachova, a charming mountain village known for its traditional architecture, local products and warm alpine atmosphere. Return to Athens in the evening.
