Sail from Thessaloniki to Pieria with lunch on board, talk about the marine environment of Greece, dock, and transport to the hotel in Litochoro.Welcome to the hotel, small treat and local drink, meet the hosts, and tour the premises. Early dinner in the village, rich with protein and rest.
Wake up early and get ready for the first hike. With the help of the mountain leader, hike from Litochoro to Prionia Refuge through the wonderful Enipeas Gorge with a stop for light lunch in the Monastery of St Dionysius in the middle of the path. Dinner on the picturesque Prionia Refuge’s balcony and return to Litochoro by car.
Wake up early, pack the bags and load the trunk! Pay a visit to the Olympus National Park Information Center with the mountain leader. Begin the hike to the Petrostrouga Refuge, stops along the way to explain what was seen in the information center and for lunch. Arrive at Petrostrouga Refuge, meet the host and settle in, dinner and rest.
Departure from Petrostrouga to Vermio, welcome at the hotel, small treat, and local drink, meet the hosts and prepare for the next adventure. Ride a bike for the Biking paths of Vermio, with stops for animal watching and lunch. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and rest.
After a strengthening breakfast, hike to Metamorfosi and stop in Vathres, the natural pools, where one can take a dive. Picnic lunch in the forest and after the rest, return to the hotel. Visit Naousa for dinner and night out.
Departure to the Shore of the Artificial Lake of Aliakmon for a bird watching experience. After a picnic and relaxation in nature, visit Veria and enjoy Greek coffee with the signature dessert dish of the town. Dinner and night out. Return to the hotel and rest.
Depart from the hotel, head to Thessaloniki, and stop at the Thermal Spring of Lagada to enjoy the Thermal Baths. Light lunch on the way to Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki for the departure.
