Athens – Syros – Tinos – Mykonos [8days]

Morning transfer to the port to board the ferry to Syros. Upon your arrival in Syros, transfer to your hotel.

After breakfast, visit the town of Hermoupolis, the capital of Cyclades and one of the most architecturally fascinating ports in the Mediterranean, a living museum with some of the most beautiful 19th Century buildings in Greece. It is also one of the most cosmopolitan towns in the Greek islands. Seaside villages like Kini offer low-key holidays on beautiful beaches without the lines of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Morning transfer to the port to board the ferry to Tinos. Upon your arrival in Tinos, transfer to your hotel.

We will start off by leaving the busy main town and the crowds behind us, and we will take the lovely old road that twists and turns its way up the mountainside. After a breath-taking drive up the side of the mountains, we will reach our first stop, the village of Dio Choria, noted for its fortified style of architecture and three natural springs. Next will be a visit to the famous Monastery of Kechrovounie with its elegant bell tower, 10th Century Icons, and fortified layout and architecture. Our drive continues to the village of Loutra, where we will have an opportunity to visit the Jesuit Folklore Museum. We will continue toward Pyrgos, the largest village on the island and go to the new Museum of Marble Crafts to view their outstanding exhibit of marble. Finally, there is the Valley of the Dovecotes, with ample opportunity for photos.

Morning transfer to the port to board the ferry to Mykonos. Upon your arrival in Mykonos, transfer to your hotel.

We start with a unique experience of the countryside Mykonos Island Our first stop will be the idyllic beach Ag. Ioannis with the best view of Delos Island and we will see fishermen and their boats at the small pier, private chapel and houses built in typical Cycladic architectural style. At the village of Ano Mera, the most traditional place, you can also visit the monk monastery Panagia Tourliani built in the 16th century and then we will have enough free time for a stroll around the square. Next stop is Kalafatis beach where there is time to relax a little before going back to town. Exploring Mykonos port town by walking into the narrow cobblestone streets, passing by the traditional labyrinth of the old town. We will see the famous windmills and Little Venice. Paraportiani church, Saint Nickolas of fishermen. After the walking tour you are free continue your private exploration in town. Meeting point Fabrika Square, Mykonos town.

At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port for your travel back to Athens with ferry boat.
