Hotel 3* in a double room with breakfast.
8 days of car rental (11 x 24 hours) in unlimited kilometers with comprehensive insurance (the return must be made on time under penalty of invoicing for an additional day).

Itinerary

Arrival at Heraklion airport. The car rental company will assist you in getting your car. After the formalities are completed drive to your chosen hotel. Check in and free time to make a first connection with the city. Overnight in Heraklion.

Breakfasts at the hotel. Drive towards the palace of King Minoa and the mythical Labyrinth of Homer. You will be visiting an amazing area which consists of 22,000 square meters. A prehistoric “city”, this is the place where the oldest European civilization started and flourished some 5,000 years ago. Following this, in the center of Heraklion Town, a visit to the biggest Archaeological collection of artifacts on Crete in the local museum is a must. You will explore these pre-hellenic artifacts, focusing on the Minoan period and going deeper into its significance and development throughout time. Free afternoon. Overnight in Heraklion.

After breakfast we suggest you take a tour towards the eastern part of the island. Visit the coastal town of Agios Nikolaos and the island of Spinalonga with its dark history. Free evening. Overnight in Heraklion.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then departure to Rethymnon. On the way have a stop at Hersonissos. Check in to your hotel and free time on get to know the city.

Start the day with a trip to the city of Chania. Located in the western part of Crete, Chania with its venetian and ottoman style will captivated you! Enjoy your strolls in the old city or the beautiful harbor. Return in the evening to Rethymnon.

Free day today to enjoy the city of Rethymnon. Walk in this vibrant city or enjoy one of the nearby beaches. Overnight in Rethymnon.

Free day in Rethymnon. If you wish to take a tour the options are plenty. If you are up to it take a trip to Samaria Gorge, or simply visit the mountainous area for a differnt view of the island. Overnight in Rethymnon

Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on the flight schedule, return to Heraklion airport. The car rental company will assist you in delivering your vehicle.

My Kids and I loved the trip except for our lost baggage from the Aegean airlines upon arrival at Athens at the start of the trip.Loved all the sightseeing. Tour guides and Pick up services were awesome!! Tour guides were very knowledgeable in their area and history of the city and my kids and I loved that. They answered all our questions. Pick up services were always on time.I just wish I had a little more time in Corfu to do the boat tour as I had planned. Wasn’t able to accomplish that. It was a real pleasure to meet you. The passengers were happy with all your details and the beautiful country of Greece. Regarding food, I must thank you for the care you took to choose the places and the dishes. They were all a great success. The menus, even in Spanish, were totally appreciated. Regarding accommodation, I found the hotel nice, comfortable and well located. The breakfast room is a bit busy in the mornings, but the food tastes great. And the view of the Parthenon from the top roof is impressive. Transportation good. The tours seemed good to me. Tour guides have a good command of the Spanish language and were quite friendly.
