Our Jeep tour Zagori starts with a tour of the most famous stone arched bridges of the Zagori area. Then, we head towards the Vikaki Canyon and the “Old Bridge”, one of the oldest single-arched bridges of Zagori. We make a short stop in the picturesque village of Tsepelovo to enjoy our coffee or tea in the traditional village square. From Tsepelovo, we follow a dirt road on Mount Tymfi heading to the village of Iliochori.
En route, we stop in the dense fir forest of Gyftokampos and then reach Iliochori. From there, we hike to the impressive waterfalls, where we can also swim and then cook traditional food from Zagori close to the river.
. Afterwards our refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters, we enjoy a visit in the open-air museum of Sarakatsani Stani, a unique monument about the life of the area's nomadic populations. Our last stop will be a unique location, where we will admire the Zagori region's panoramic views.
