Sea kayaking Schinoussa

Starting from our base at Livadi beach, we paddle  the southernmost Schinoussian cape, St, Vasileios. We pass through the “narrows”, a small strip of sea that separates Schinoussa from the deserted island of Fidou. Sliding under  the steep rocks on the eastern side of Fidou, we end up in the small bay of the island where we leave our kayaks for a while and walking just 2 minutes we face the crystal clear waters of the unique beach of Fido. There we have time to rest and swim.

Then, having regained strength, we return to the kayaks and continue our course around the island with a view of Ios and Heraklia, while with a clear atmosphere our eye reaches Santorini. Our course ends with the return to our Base in Livadi.
